Why are all the women on Eastenders crazy?

Seriously the producers need to take a step back and assess the sanity of their female characters! All the women are crazy. Ronnie is a baby thieving/swapping nut, which caused Kat to go nuts, Stacey went nuts, Janine's a conniving nut, Jean is an actual nut, Whitney went nuts because her mum Bianca is in jail for going nuts, they're all nuts! The only woman who is normal is Roxy, she's a breath of fresh air.
