Help me choose a puppy?

i want a puppy but cant choose between a chihuahua black toy poodle yorkshire terrier or shih tzu what would you recommend i live alone i have a large back garden i can provide for all its needs vet bills ect so i can give a dog a really good life so no silly comments please i no puppies look cute but what will they be like when they are adults help thanks
