Are all guys the same, im so curious?

I like this one guy... and we've stayed up till 5 oclock talking to eachother..but hes so confusing. He keeps telling me that im pretty, and that im perfect and stuff like that, but then he tells me that this one girl named stacey likes him and that he talks to her all the time... and that she has a bf, but as soon as she breaks up with him, she wants to go to him. I dont understand why the hell he would tell me that... is it wrong for me to be jealous? or upset? im not msging him back... and he keeps saying wats up.. Should i just disconnect him from my life so i dont get hurt? or should i keep talking to him?Why is he doing this? Are all the guys the same? I think he just wants piece..., and i dont think it matters who its from for him...Does every guy do the same s4hit? Im so innocent, i dont know wtf hes doing....
