My shih tzu is afraid, trembling and uneasy when we go to the pet shop for her regular grooming, what to do?

dont worry i have a shih tzu too and he used to be helllaaa sscared when we went for his grooming, they'll get used to it eventuallyy and they wont be as scared..my dog is still afraid sometimes but they'll be fine.
