Do you think that astrology is over-exaggerated?

The traits used to define the signs that make up a person, seem to me to be a bit over done. Because when you view people, they look quite normal in comparison to others. Sure everyone has individual things about them that shine. But I don't know, I think astrology kind of makes people feel like they're more special than others, or gives them a sense of who they think they should be, according to what a chart tells them, or any other website or book. What do you think?
