Whats wrong with my dog?

My dog is a shih tzu she's about 6 or 7 years old she just recently gave birth and ever since we gave her wet food so that she could produce more milk but she's been pooping really wet poop and there would be blood in it but its kindof bright blood. is there something wrong with her or is it normal?
