Symptoms of lyme disease in a dog?

my dog (shih tzu, about 2 years) had a tick that i felt on his back, but i forgot to check if it was really a tick. 4 days later i saw it and realized it WAS a tick, and it was deep into his skin. it definelty sucked some blood. now, he is acting very tired and i dont know if it is related to lyme disease. what are the symptoms and how long do they take to show up?
