Someone gave us a Shih Tsu....said he has had shots but no record...should we give them to him again?

If you ever want to take your dog to a groomer, reputable pet sitter, or kennel, you will have to have the shot records. Some hotels and apartments that allow pets require shot records also. I once got a dog who I was told had shots but there was no proof and my vet said it's best to give shots in case the people were lying, because unfortunately a lot of people do lie about that. I would go with whatever your vet suggests.
