flea shampoo is bad for any dog ... flea shampoo is nothing but dog shampoo with harsh chemicals added that have no residual effect ... a soothing dog shampoo is best to use and leave the dog sudsy for at least 5 minutes ... that will kill any flea on the dog and not be harsh on the dogs skin ...
